Booking deposit 25% of the rental with balance payable 6 weeks before rental commences. For bookings within 8 weeks of rental, payment required in full. Returnable security deposit of £200 payable with final payment. Linen and towels included. Check in time 3pm onwards, check out by 10am. Other arrangements can be made depending on incoming guests.
